Raise your hand if you've ever eaten an entire loaf of garlic bread by yourself.

raises both hands

And I have to admit, I didn’t even need it to be garlic bread to down a loaf of bread. Just give me some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and I was a happy gal back in college. There were many a nights where my roommate and I would split a loaf as we rewatched the entirety of The West Wing (my crush on Josh will never die - yes Josh, not Sam).

Gosh it feels like the right time to rewatch that again, doesn’t it??

ANYWAY, the bread was our cheap dinner night when we didn’t have money to go out and had absolutely no desired to cook.

I guess I could have just said “I LOVE BREAD” and skipped this whole rambling intro… But I like to think my ramblings are one of the reasons you all stick around.

Don’t tell me they aren’t, because it’ll break the illusion in my brain, mmkay?

Now THIS garlic bread isn’t your typical garlic bread. This is a whole new take on it that combines rich butter, garlic, savory miso, and furikake.

I know it might sound odd, but stay with me here. It’s SO delicious. You get rich, savory, tangy, and a touch of that seaweed flavor that you know and love. It’s so irresistible, and it can be paired with so many Asian-inspired meals.
